Overview

AI Inbound helps local service businesses answer calls, capture leads, translate customer intent, and route summaries or follow-up messages. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to people who interact with our website, forms, calls, messages, and dashboards.

Information We Collect

How We Use Information

Service Providers

We may use third-party providers to run the service, including cloud hosting, database/storage providers, telephony and messaging providers, AI model providers, payment processors, calendar integrations, analytics tools, and operational tools. Depending on configuration, these providers may include Render, Supabase, Twilio, OpenAI, Stripe, Google Calendar, and Meta Pixel.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share information with service providers only as needed to operate the product, process payments, deliver communications, secure the service, comply with law, or complete a business transaction such as a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer.

Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies for admin and client dashboard sessions. We may also use analytics or advertising pixels when configured. Browser settings may allow you to block or delete cookies, but some dashboard features may not work without session cookies.

Data Retention

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, support customers, maintain business records, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. A customer may ask us to delete or export information, subject to legal, security, and operational limits.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so customers should avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information through calls, forms, SMS, or WhatsApp.

AI Inbound is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy as the service changes. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date.
