AI Inbound helps local service businesses answer calls, capture leads, translate customer intent, and route summaries or follow-up messages. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to people who interact with our website, forms, calls, messages, and dashboards.
Information We Collect
- Contact and business information: name, business name, phone number, email, website, service area, industry, and demo request details.
- Lead and call information: caller phone number, call metadata, transcripts, summaries, requested service, address or service location, preferred time, urgency, language preference, and booking details.
- Messaging information: SMS or WhatsApp opt-in, delivery status, follow-up message status, and replies when messaging is connected.
- Account and dashboard information: tenant ID, configuration settings, connected phone numbers, appointment data, usage metrics, and admin or client session status.
- Payment information: plan selection and Stripe checkout metadata. We do not store full card numbers.
- Technical information: IP address, browser/device details, logs, cookies, analytics events, and page activity when tracking tools are configured.
How We Use Information
- Provide, operate, test, and improve AI Inbound.
- Answer calls, understand customer requests, create lead summaries, and support bookings or handoffs.
- Send owner notifications, customer follow-ups, demo coordination messages, and service updates.
- Maintain dashboards, tenant separation, security, troubleshooting, billing, and fraud prevention.
- Measure landing page performance and ad campaign activity when analytics tools are enabled.
Service Providers
We may use third-party providers to run the service, including cloud hosting, database/storage providers, telephony and messaging providers, AI model providers, payment processors, calendar integrations, analytics tools, and operational tools. Depending on configuration, these providers may include Render, Supabase, Twilio, OpenAI, Stripe, Google Calendar, and Meta Pixel.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share information with service providers only as needed to operate the product, process payments, deliver communications, secure the service, comply with law, or complete a business transaction such as a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer.
Cookies and Tracking
We use cookies for admin and client dashboard sessions. We may also use analytics or advertising pixels when configured. Browser settings may allow you to block or delete cookies, but some dashboard features may not work without session cookies.
Data Retention
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, support customers, maintain business records, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. A customer may ask us to delete or export information, subject to legal, security, and operational limits.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so customers should avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information through calls, forms, SMS, or WhatsApp.
Your Choices
- You may ask to access, correct, export, or delete information associated with your business or lead record.
- You may opt out of SMS or WhatsApp follow-ups by replying with standard opt-out language where supported.
- You may ask us to disable analytics or integrations for your tenant when technically available.
Children
AI Inbound is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy as the service changes. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date.
