Agreement

These Terms of Service govern access to AI Inbound, including the website, demo forms, phone agents, messaging flows, dashboards, onboarding tools, and related services. By using AI Inbound, you agree to these Terms.

Service

AI Inbound provides AI-assisted call answering, lead capture, translation support, owner notifications, appointment or booking support, and client dashboards for local service businesses. Features may vary by tenant, plan, configuration, integration, and pilot status.

Customer Responsibilities

AI and Communication Limits

AI outputs can be incomplete, delayed, misunderstood, or wrong. AI Inbound is a lead capture and communication support tool, not a replacement for professional judgment, emergency dispatch, legal advice, medical advice, financial advice, or human review. Customers should review important summaries, appointments, quotes, and handoffs.

No Emergency Use

AI Inbound is not an emergency service. Do not rely on it for 911, urgent medical care, public safety, law enforcement, hazardous situations, or other emergency response. If a caller reports an emergency, they should contact appropriate emergency services directly.

Messaging and Consent

If SMS or WhatsApp is enabled, you are responsible for ensuring that messages are sent with appropriate consent and comply with applicable messaging, telemarketing, privacy, and industry rules. Messaging delivery is not guaranteed.

Payments

Paid features may be processed through Stripe or another payment provider. Fees, billing intervals, trials, setup fees, refunds, cancellations, and taxes may vary by agreement, plan, or pilot. Unless a written agreement says otherwise, payments are due when charged and are not guaranteed to be refundable.

Acceptable Use

Third-Party Services

AI Inbound may depend on providers such as telephony, messaging, AI model, hosting, database, payment, calendar, and analytics vendors. Their services may be subject to separate terms and availability limits.

Intellectual Property

AI Inbound and its software, designs, workflows, prompts, documentation, and branding are owned by us or our licensors. Customers retain their rights in their business data, leads, call content, and configuration data, subject to the rights needed for us to operate and improve the service.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, and error-free operation.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost leads, lost data, or business interruption arising from use of the service.

Changes

We may update these Terms as the service changes. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
